LOCAL Johnny Wagner / Fairbanks Daily News-Miner Kevin Coughlin throws a Frisbee from waist-deep snow Sunday while playing with a small group of friends at Adair-Kennedy Park. The group had hopes of playing Ultimate Frisbee, but the deep snow made for a more mellow game of catch instead. After several days of snow, heavy rain is expected to move through Juneau today. A flood warning is in effect unil 3 p.m.
