A light falling snow and crisp temperatures were perfect for Saturdays Valley Medical Town Downhill at Eaglecrest.
“There were great ski conditions and course held up well,” race organizer Dan Ord said. “We had 60 race entries.”
According to Ord, Peter Peel had fastest run of the day with a 48.65 and hit the fastest speed on the radar gun with 54 mph.
“He also had a huge crash in the first run,” Ord said. “The one and only of the day.”
