Just about everyone gets an award.
Sports becoming joke in Alaska
So almost the entire team that finishes 4th in a division of 7 teams makes some sort of all conference team? Even worse over half the Railbelt division qualifies for the state playoffs. There are not enough schools to have these multiple classifications. Have a small school class under 320 students and then everyone else plays in the same class. Let the smaller schools play in a division together. If you can't finish first or second in your division you don't get to go to the playoffs.
