According to Juneau Gymnastics Academy public relations manager Bridget M. Lujan last weekend’s home meet provided the team with valuable information about what the rest of the state is looking for, and what they need to focus on in the next two months to improve their scores for State.
Judges gave the team and coaches Alexis Howard and Beth Landvatter good feedback on a lot of elements being done and what areas need work in order to minimize deductions. The gymnasts were anxious to get back in the gym this week and back to training.
The next USAG sanctioned meet is scheduled for Saturday, Mar. 2, when JGA will host Ketchikan in the Southeast Invitational. Visiting judges will be Hannah Collins and Martha Dunn.
