Sports fans can watch present day wrestlers compete in the Southeast Region V 4A Wrestling Tournament on Saturday at the Juneau-Douglas main gym. Tournament start time is 10 a.m. with finals at 4 p.m. The tournament is free to the public thanks to a donation by the Juneau Youth Wrestling Club. The JYWC has paid in advance for all interested wrestling fans to attend. The JYWC will also be wrestling on an adjacent mat during the tournament so spectators can not only see who will represent JDHS, Thunder Mountain and Ketchikan at the state tournament next weekend, but also see who the young up-and-comers are on the mat circuit. Juneau School District Activities Director Sandi Wagner stated, "The Juneau youth Wrestling Club deserves a huge thank you for their contribution."
