JDHS Crimson Bears' softball seniors Rachel Doogan and Malin Murray were honored on Wednesday night at Melvin Park during the Pink Out cancer awarness game against Thunder Mountain. The Juneau-Douglas Crimson Bears and the Thunder Mountain Falcons played a Pink Out game for cancer awareness on Wednesday at Melvin Park. Score not available by press time. The teams also held A Swing At Cancer, where players were sponsored by fans and hit a softball for donations. The night was also senior appreciation for the Crimson Bears' Rachel Doogan and Malin Murray. The Crimson Bears next play at the state tournament in Anchorage, May 31-June 1.
