Home, 6 p.m. Little League Majors Division District Championship, Juneau vs. Sitka/Ketchikan winner. (if championship game results in loser’s first loss an if necessary game will be played at 6 p.m. Saturday). District Champion travels to State Tournament at Anchorage, July 23-28.

Away, Junior League - Districts at Ketchikan, Juneau vs. Ketchikan for championship, winner goes to Little League State Championship in Anchorage, July 22-27.

VOLLEYBALL CAMP

Home, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., The Thunder Mountain High School Lady Falcons are hosting a volleyball camp at Dzantik’i Heeni Middle School. Camp is for students in grades 8-12. The camp coach is Sandra Olin from Columbia Basin College in Pasco, Washington. Camp fee is $205. There is a bring a friend discount of $15 for both players that sign up together. GOLF

Home, 9 a.m., Membership Drive & 9-Hole One-Club Tournament, 7 a.m.- 3 p.m. (awards 5 p.m.) at Mendenhall Golf Course (at the end of Industrial Blvd.). Tournament entry fee is only your green fees: $12.60 for members, $12 for seniors, new members $37.60 which includes annual dues to the Juneau Golf Club and green fees. Golfers will pay their green fees at the course the day of the tournament. To play in tournament golfers must contact Donna Schultz (789-3996) to request a Tournament Tee Time as the general public will also have access to the course during these hours. The general public cannot compete in the tournament for prizes and awards unless they have joined the Juneau Golf Club. Prizes awarded for any Hole-In-One; Low Score - first, second, thrid place in men’s and women’s divisions, skill awards for Closest To The Pin and Straightest Drive, and one “Special Drawing” for the waiver of a registration fee to the Juneau Golf Club’s 2015 Alaska Open to be held in March in El Cajon, near San Diego, CA.
