Young woman in Glacier Bay medevaced to BRH

A woman aboard the Coral Princess cruise ship was medevaced to Bartlett Regional Hospital from the Glacier Bay Friday. A Coast Air Station Sitka MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew responded to a request for aid from the crew of the Coral Princess after a woman in her early 20s was observed suffering stroke-like symptoms.

The Coral Princess is operated by Princess Cruises. Its summer route goes from Vancouver, Canada to Whittier.
