Crystal and Kolt Garvey of Juneau pose with their newborn son, Cedrych Garvey. Cedrych was the first baby born in Juneau in 2008. Cedrych was 9 pounds, 22½ inches long at birth at 7:19 a.m. Wednesday at Bartlett Regional Hospital.
