• On Dec. 28, 2007, a daughter, Kaylee Shane Diamond, weighing 7 pounds, 5 ounces, to Brandy Shane and Matthew David Diamond, of Juneau.

• On Dec. 29, 2007, a son, Trevor Ladainian Campbell, weighing 8 pounds, 5 ounces, to Melody Mae and William Scott Campbell, of Juneau.

• On Dec. 29, 2007, a son, Guy Gregory Smith, weighing 6 pounds, 13 ounces, to Jenny Leigh and Gregory Allen Smith, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Oscar Demmert, 52, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a March 19, 2006, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .246 percent. Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 200 days in jail with 125 days suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Benjamin Quick, 40, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 4 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 260 days in jail with 220 days suspended, fined Quick $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Rebecca McRae was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 10, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .155 percent. Magistrate Jon W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined McRae $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Lloyd D. Lewin, 19, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 12 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .128 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Lewin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
