Posted: Wednesday, January 05, 2005

Donald Good, son of Mr. And Mrs. P.E. Good of West Plains, Mo., was married Jan. 7, 1955, to Miss Ann Marie Wyatt, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Lewis of Spokane.

The bride wore chantilly lace over satin with pleated nylon tulle bordering the skirt. A crown of pearls and rhinestones held her fingertip veil. Her flowers were calla lilies and white carnations.

Sister of the bride, Karen Keen, was maid of honor, and Evadene Good, sister of the groom, was a bridesmaid. Arnold Good, brother of the groom, was best man.

After a reception in the church parlors, the young couple departed on a wedding trip to Coeur D'Alene, Idaho, then returned to make their home in Spokane, where Good was stationed at Deep Creek Air Force Base.

The couple later moved to Juneau in 1967 to raise their three children, Craig, Clay and Sheila, who are hosting a celebration of their parents' golden wedding anniversary at 6 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 8, 2005, at the Hangar Ballroom.

Music will be provided by the Panhandle Crabgrass Revival Band. Refreshments include hors d'oeuvres, beverages and a no-host bar.

All friends of the couple are invited to join the fun. Please call Sheila Good for further information at 789-0705.
