Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Drunken driving:

• At about 10:30 p.m. Friday, Claudia Dellandrea, 37, was arrested and charged with drunken driving on Egan Drive. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded.


• At about 8:45 a.m. Saturday, a 52-year-old man reported that a dark blue Blazer collided with his mailbox in the 4400 block of Glacier Highway. The mailbox damage was estimated at $120.

Lost property:

• At about 3 p.m. Friday, a 60-year-old woman reported a missing leather purse, leather billfold and two pairs of prescription glasses. The purse and its contents were valued at $405.


• At about 1:30 p.m. Friday, a 32-year-old woman reported that $325 worth of heating fuel had been stolen in the 9300 block of Long Run Drive. The fuel had been taken sometime after Dec. 24, she said.

Traffic accident:

• At about 9:30 a.m. Saturday, a 47-year-old woman driving a 2003 Honda collided with a 59-year-old man driving a 1988 Ford on Mendenhall Peninsula Road. The man was cited on a charge of failure to yield. Estimated damage was $3,500 to the Honda and $1,500 to the Ford.


• At about 9:10 p.m. Friday, a 24-year-old woman reported that a tire on her 2003 Honda had been vandalized in the 2500 block of David Street. Damage was estimated at $100.

• At about 11:50 p.m. Friday, a 56-year-old man reported that his mailbox and Christmas ornaments had been vandalized in the 11300 block of Douglas Highway. The items were valued at $250.
