Fireside Lecture at the glacier to feature Hyde book on Romeo

The Mendenhall Glacier Visitor Center will host its first Fireside Lecture of the season on Friday, Jan. 7. Local photographer John Hyde will talk about his new book, “Romeo: The Story of an Alaskan Wolf,” and show photos of Juneau’s famous black wolf against the backdrop of the animal’s home territory of Mendenhall Glacier and lake.
