Shortly after 7 p.m., Thursday, a woman employee, 18, was arrested for concealment of merchandise, and a man, 18, a customer, was arrested for larceny at Fred Meyer. Both were released at the scene.

A woman, 34, reported shortly before 8 p.m. Thursday that $860 cash was stolen from her purse at Big Kmart.

Other:

About 12:30 p.m. Thursday, police received a report of a bundle of ``dynamite'' at the gun range on Montana Creek Road. Explosives experts secured the area, identified the bundle as old road flares, and then disposed of them. The flares were apparently ``kicked out of a vehicle,'' police said.
