Off your seat

Communication between co-workers in a large office building is often limited to e-mail, phone conversations and inter-office mail. While these may be efficient ways of transferring information, they don't exactly help you bond or network with others. Instead of hitting that send button each time you need to contact a person upstairs, get out of your chair and pay your co-worker a quick visit. Aside from showing your peers that you actually exist in human form, you can get a few minutes of exercise and a break from your daily monotony.
