JUNEAU - The Coast Guard has suspended the search for a missing crew member of a fishing boat.

The search was suspended Wednesday for 43-year-old Keith Criner of Stockton, Calif.

The Coast Guard said he fell from the 98-foot Seabrooke on Tuesday after he got tangled in a crab pot line.

The Coast Guard sent two rescue helicopters and a plane on Tuesday and a helicopter on Wednesday to the 132-square mile search area in the Bering Sea, about 650 miles southwest of Anchorage.
