Natives will have a voice in new pipeline

The Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act can never destroy our relationship with our ancestors and our connection to the land. The Alaska Natives along the corridor of the natural gas pipeline deserve at least 20 percent ownership or royalties. We are the rightful inherent owners of the oil underneath the ground and should step up our demand for a fair share of the oil revenue and production.
