The tech service supervisor for the Alaska Legislature, Frank Wilson, tests new hardware and software for the voting system Thursday in the Senate Chambers in the Capitol. The House and Senate chambers underwent numerous upgrades during the interim between sessions. The session starts Jan. 20.
