Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Melissa L. Ward, 23, was cited for drunken driving and driving with a revoked license about 3 a.m. Sunday at James Boulevard and Riverside Drive. She was released.

John Jay Foster, 27, was arrested about 3:30 a.m. Sunday at Stephen Richards Drive for first-degree vehicle theft, drunken driving, driving with a revoked license and refusing a breath test. He was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


A woman, 31, was arrested about 10:45 p.m. Sunday at Marlintini's for harassment and two counts of assaulting a police officer. She was taken to state prison.


A gray inflatable Zodiac boat, worth $1,500, was stolen from a Bayliner at Douglas Boat Harbor sometime Friday or Saturday.

Underage drinking:

A man, 20, was cited for being a minor on a licensed premise about 2:15 a.m. Sunday at the Penthouse. He was released.

Vehicle accidents:

A woman, 25, was not injured when her truck rolled over about 10:30 a.m. Saturday on Egan Drive near Sunny Point.

Vehicles driven by a man, 50, and a woman, 19, were in an accident about 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Egan and Riverside drives. The woman was treated and released at Bartlett Regional Hospital.


A man, 60, was arrested about 10 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway for violating a domestic violence order by entering a location where his wife was. He was taken to state prison.

A man, 37, was arrested about 10:45 p.m. Sunday at Club 2000 for being intoxicated on a licensed premise. He was taken to state prison.

A man, 44, was arrested about 1:30 a.m. today in the Mendenhall Valley for domestic violence-related harassment and resisting arrest. A woman said he was outside her home and wouldn't leave. He was taken to state prison.
