JUNEAU - The Federal Subsistence Board is accepting proposals until March 28 on changes to federal subsistence rules for fishing on federal public lands and waters in Alaska.
The rules would apply from March 1, 2004, to Feb. 28, 2005.
Proposals might include changes to seasons, harvest limits, restrictions on methods and means of harvest, and determinations of customary and traditional use.
