Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Tony J. Mount, 30, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 25, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was availble. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 80 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Mount $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
Vance R. Webster III, 29, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 7, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .163 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Webster $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.
