Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Alfonso Mabute, 49, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway on a charge of drunken driving. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Christopher Ryan Whitworth, 20, was arrested at 2 a.m. Saturday near Mendenhall Mall Road on charges of felony vehicle theft, drunken driving, refusing a breath test, two counts of criminal mischief, driving with a revoked license, using a driver's license as false information, and underage drinking. He was lodged at the state prison.

Vehicle accidents:

• A 1995 Mercury struck a 1987 Honda at 1:51 p.m. Thursday on 10th Street at Egan Drive downtown. Damage to both vehicles was estimated at $2,500. Police cited the woman, 22, who was driving the Mercury on charges of speeding and failing to carry insurance.

• A 2002 Toyota struck a 1998 Ford Escort at 4:11 p.m. Thursday on Glacier Highway at Jordan Creek.

• At 6:20 p.m. Thursday, a 1998 Toyota Camry slid off inbound Egan Drive in the Lemon Creek area, hit a road sign and went into a ditch. Damage was estimated at $3,000.

• Police cited a boy, 16, on a charge of careless driving after he allegedly lost control of a 1993 Toyota truck at 6:57 a.m. Friday and skid into the ditch at inbound Egan Drive near Lemon Creek.

• A 2002 Chevrolet struck a 1995 Dodge at 8:14 a.m. Friday on Glacier Highway at Vanderbilt Hill Road. The driver of the Dodge was cited on a charge of driving with his license suspended. The vehicle, with an estimated $2,500 in damage, was impounded. An estimated $2,000 damage was done to the Chevrolet.

Theft:

• A man reported at 3:04 p.m. Thursday that a voltage inverter valued at $805 was stolen between Dec. 17 and Jan. 1 from the Greens Creek Mine area.

• A man reported at 10:50 a.m. Friday that a black compact disc case holding about 75 CDs was taken from his unlocked Ford Bronco in 2002 near Egan Drive. He reported the loss at $1,145.

• A woman reported at 2 p.m. Friday from Northwood Drive the theft of five rings valued at $950.

Vandalism:

• A man reported the rear window was broken out of his 1989 Honda at 10:09 a.m. Friday near Nowell Avenue near Douglas.

Domestic dispute:

• Police arrested a man, 28, at 5:57 p.m. Thursday on a charge of making a false report related to a domestic dispute. Police lodged him at the state prison.

• A man, 22, was arrested at 6 p.m. Friday near Channcie Court on charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer. He was lodged at the state prison.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a man, 20, at 7:41 p.m. Thursday on a charge of underage drinking near Hospital Drive.
