• On Dec. 25, 2007, a son, Speed Franky Spencer, weighing 6 pounds, 11 ounces, to January Noel Bennett and Billy Joe Spencer, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 2, 2008, a daughter, McKayla Aryanna Marks, weighing 7 pounds, 11 ounces, to Melody Wenona Mayeda, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 2, 2008, a son, Cedrych Johnathan Garvey, weighing 9 pounds, to Crystal Marie and Kolt Johnathan Garvey, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 2, 2008, a daughter, Eva Marie Price, weighing 6 pounds, 14 ounces, to Felicia Marie Price and William Vernon Jim, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Derrick Grimes, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 20 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .137 percent. Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Grimes $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Ashley Likins, 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 21 incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Superior Court Judge Patricia Collins imposed 90 days in jail with 85 days suspended, fined Likins $1,500 with none suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for one year.

• Claudia Dellandrea, 37, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 4 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .159 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Dellandrea $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Christopher Silver, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 6 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .240 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Silver $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
