Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Theft:

• Heating fuel was reported stolen at 12:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 8600 block of Duran Street in the Mendenhall Valley. The theft occurred sometime in the previous two days and totaled about 220 gallons.

• Police cited a woman, 53, on a shoplifting charge at 12:57 p.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of Whittier Street.

• Pain medication was reported stolen from a sport-utility vehicle at 7:59 a.m. Thursday in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive in the Lemon Creek area.

• Police cited a boy, 17, on a theft charge after responding to a reported shoplifting at 11:25 a.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.

Vehicle accidents:

• A woman, 60, reported minor damage to her 1998 Subaru after it was reportedly struck in the rear at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday on Main Street near the State Capitol. The other vehicle reportedly was a 1993 Jeep, operated by a man, 50.
