Expression of a lasting and meaningful protest of the way President-elect George W. Bush has ascended to the power of the presidency may be accomplished by boycotting products of companies that were contributors and supporters of the Bush campaign. Such a protest may be achieved through a serious and planned program of reducing the consumption of gasoline through a reduction in driving, by using public transportation.
Next Friday's protesters will meet in front of the Federal Building at noon.
