Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested a man, 31, on a charge of domestic violence assault at 11:39 p.m. Wednesday in the Mendenhall Valley. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Police cited a man, 41, at 4:52 p.m. Wednesday on Egan Drive near the Mendenhall Wetlands, alleging negligent driving and driving without mandatory insurance. His Dodge Caravan allegedly struck a Ford truck. The Ford sustained about $3,000 in damage. The Dodge sustained about $4,000 in damage.
A 1991 Ford spun and went into the median ditch at 10:34 p.m. Wednesday on inbound Egan Drive near Valley Lumber. Police issued the driver a speed warning.
A 1998 Ford truck rolled down a hill and struck a 1998 Mazda at 7:27 a.m. Thursday near Glacier Avenue. Both vehicles sustained $5,000 in damage.
A 1994 Mercury struck a 1996 Volkswagen at 10:05 a.m. Thursday near Glacier Highway. Damage to the Mercury was estimated at $500. Damage to the Volkswagen was unknown.
Hit and run:
At 4:31 p.m. Wednesday, a man reported his 2003 Dodge Durango was struck while parked in the Juneau area. The truck sustained $500 in damage to the driver's side door.
A man reported at 11:03 a.m. Thursday that his Chevrolet truck was struck by an unknown vehicle near Glacier Highway. Damage to the cab, door and fender was estimated at $2,000.
A woman reported at 2:32 p.m. Wednesday that cash was stolen out of her purse while she was near Teal Street.
A woman reported at 3:36 p.m. Wednesday that $7 and two Bibles were taken from her Mitsubishi while it was parked near West Willoughby Avenue. The Bibles were later found.
Police cited and released an 18-year-old man at 5:13 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of concealing merchandise in a West Willoughby Avenue business.
A man reported at 5:28 p.m. Wednesday that his red Huffy 18-speed bicycle was stolen near West Willoughby Avenue. The bike was worth $100.
A woman reported at 10:10 p.m. Wednesday that $40 was taken from her wallet while she was near Glacier Highway.
A woman reported her purse stolen at 11:27 p.m. Wednesday near Glacier Highway.
A man reported at 9:46 a.m. Thursday that a Yamaha guitar was stolen near Salmon Creek Lane.
A woman reported at 10:16 a.m. Thursday that the wallet belonging to her 14-year-old son was stolen near Renninger Street in the Lemon Creek area.
Police cited a man, 41, on a charge of driving without a valid license at 6:48 a.m. Thursday on Egan Drive near the Mendenhall Wetlands. Police released the man and impounded the vehicle he was driving.
A man reported at 12:05 a.m. Thursday that his wallet was missing and could have been stolen near Glacier Avenue. The light tan leather wallet had a zipper enclosure and a skull stamped into the leather.
