Assault:
Sound off on the important issues at
• At about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, a 49-year-old man was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault in the 400 block of Third Street. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center with no bail.
Driving without license:
• At about 10:15 p.m. Monday, a 19-year-old man was cited on a charge of driving with a revoked license on Autumn Court. He also was cited on a charge of providing false information to police.
