Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Jacob Lewis, 22, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 1, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .113 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Lewis $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
Weston J. Eiler, 25, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 11, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Eiler $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
