Police and fire blotter

Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Assaults:

After receiving a call about 3 p.m. Monday, police arrested a man, 24, on 11th Street for domestic violence assault. He was transported to and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

A man, 20, was arrested about 5:30 a.m. today at St. Vincent de Paul for domestic violence assault. He was lodged at state prison.

Thefts:

A man, 40, reported shortly after 4 p.m. Monday that a pair of hiking boots and a cell phone had been stolen from his locker at the Juneau Racquet Club (location not given). He also reported a racquetball racquet stolen there a month ago.

Other:

A woman, 26, was arrested shortly after 8 p.m. Monday on Egan Drive near the Douglas Bridge for driving while her license was suspended. She was cited and released at the scene.
