Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Annmarie Dick, 32, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 1 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .219 percent. Superior Court Judge Patricia A. Collins imposed 46 days in jail with 43 days suspended, fined Dick $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Crystal Ellis, 27, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 19 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .119 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Ellis $5,000 with $2,000 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for two years.

• Galen Wyatt, 45, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 10 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .161 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Wyatt $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Thomas Scofic, 50, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 1 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .206 percent. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 150 days in jail with 125 days suspended, fined Scofic $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Andrew Mortiz, 43, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 29 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .179 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 110 days in jail with 90 days suspended, fined Mortiz $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.
