Recent births at Bartlett Regional Hospital:

• On Jan. 8, 2007, a son, Elijah Matthew Keaton, weighing 9 pounds 8 ounces, to Crystal Ann Keaton and Robert Joshua Keaton of Juneau.

• On Jan. 11, 2007, a son, Jace Richard Mayer, weighing 8 pounds 15 ounces, to Jennifer Ann Mayer and John Reynolds Mayer of Douglas.

• On Jan. 12, 2007, a son, Daryan Duane Stone, weighing 6 pounds 13 ounces, to Dusty Maey Labadie and Justin Lewis Stone of Juneau.

• On Jan. 13, 2007, a son, Tate Grey Vandergriff, weighing 6 pounds 15 ounces, to Kelsea Jaye Vandergriff and William Oliver Vandergriff of Douglas.

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Kenneth Kirkman, 70, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 26, 2005, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .162 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy, imposed 20 days in jail with 40 days suspended, ordered Kirkman to pay $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and placed him on probation for three years.

• Travis Terraciano, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Aug. 27, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .133 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, ordered Terraciano to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.

• Christopher Barte, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Sept. 9, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .134 percent. Levy, imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, ordered Barte to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.

• Jeremiah Houston, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Oct. 25, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .167 percent. Levy, imposed 6 days in jail with 54 days suspended, ordered Houston to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.

• Ramona Wigg, 44, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Oct. 25, 2006, incident from which her blood-alcohol was measured at .089 percent. Levy, imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, ordered Wigg to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and placed him on probation for 18 months.

• Jana Sooter, 54, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 3, 2006, incident from which no blood-alcohol was measured. Sivertsen, imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, ordered Sooter to pay $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and placed her on probation for two years.
