Indictments:

• Richard L. Mason, 34, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of second-degree forgery and third-degree theft, stemming from a Dec. 5, 2005, incident.

• Anthony W. Papa, 22, was indicted by a grand jury on charges of third-degree and fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from a Nov. 27, 2005, incident.

• William V. Jim, 18, and Luther J. Lee, 20, were indicted by a grand jury on charges of first-degree burglary and second-degree theft, stemming from a Dec. 3, 2005, incident.

Judgments:

• Robert E. Rockwood Jr., 33, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault, stemming from actions in October 2005. Judge Patricia Collins imposed three months in jail with another nine months suspended, find him $50 and placed him on probation for five years.

• Matthew Strickland, 25, was found guilty of misdemeanor criminal trespass, stemming from actions in November 2005. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed five days in jail with another 60 days suspended, fined him $200 and placed him on probation for two years.

• Blair Kanis, 22, was found guilty of failing to stop for a school bus, stemming from actions in October 2005. Sivertsen imposed a $150 fine.

• Shirley McCoy, 60, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from actions in October 2005. Sivertsen imposed three days in jail, with another 30 days suspended, fined her $1,500, revoked her driver's license for 90 days and placed her on probation for 18 months.

• David Borleck, 51, was found guilty of a probation violation. Sivertsen imposed 20 days in jail, with another 80 days suspended, and placed him on probation for three years.

• Travis F. Terracciano, 20, was found guilty of fourth-degree assault and fourth-degree misconduct involving weapons, stemming from actions in August 2005. Collins imposed nine months in jail, with another four years and three months suspended, and placed him on probation for three years.

• Peter M. Church, 47, was found guilty of second-degree theft, stemming from actions in January 2005. Collins imposed three years in jail, with another two years suspended, and placed him on probation for two years.

• William Moy, 32, was found guilty of a probation violation. Sivertsen imposed 10 days in jail, with another 50 days suspended, and placed him on probation for three years.

• Dennis A. Tyson, 41, was found guilty of refusing to take a breath test, stemming from actions on December 2004. Collins imposed four months in jail, with another 14 months suspended, fined him $10,000, permanently revoked his driver's license and placed him on probation for three years.

• Kathleen M. Church, 42, was found guilty of second-degree theft and second-degree robbery, stemming from actions in January and April 2005. Collins imposed two years in jail, with another five years suspended, and placed him on probation for five years.

• John Stevens, 60, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from actions in August 2005. Sivertsen imposed 25 days in jail, with another 65 suspended, fined him $3,000, revoked his driver's license for one year and placed him on probation for two years.
