Driving while intoxicated:
About 3 a.m. Saturday, Robert McCormick, 67, was arrested on Douglas Highway for drunken driving. He was transported to and lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. His vehicle was impounded.
About 3:30 a.m. Saturday, Cole Munro-Chitty, 19, was arrested near the intersection of Glacier and Davis avenues for drunken driving and being a minor operating a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol. He was transported to and lodged at state prison. Two boys, 18, were cited for minor consuming and released. The vehicle was released to a sober, licensed driver.
About 2:30 a.m. Saturday, an intoxicated woman, 32, was arrested at the Rendezvous for disorderly conduct and two counts of assault on a police officer. She was transported to and lodged at state prison.
About 4:30 a.m. Saturday, an intoxicated man, 24, was arrested at Mendenhall Apartments on two counts of fourth-degree assault, one count of third-degree assault and one count of criminal mischief. He was lodged at state prison.
Shortly before 6 a.m. Saturday, a man, 43, was arrested downtown for domestic violence assault. He was lodged at state prison.
Thefts, lost and found items:
About 4:15 Friday afternoon, a man, 43, reported finding a girls' purple bicycle in his yard on Jennifer Drive. The bike is in good condition. The man will retain it until the owner comes forward.
Shortly before midnight Friday, a man, 43, was cited for concealment of merchandise on Whittier Street and released. Alcohol was involved in the incident.
Shortly after 4 a.m. Saturday, an intoxicated man, 47, was placed under citizen's arrest at the Tides Motel for theft of services. He was then released.
Shortly before 1 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a report of a vehicle in the ditch on Amalga Street. A 1992 Ford pickup sustained $7,000 damage. There were no injuries. The vehicle was privately towed from the scene.
On Thursday, Alaska State Troopers in Juneau charged two men with failing to register as sex offenders. The men were 24 and 47 years of age, respectively. Both were issued a summons to appear in court.
Shortly before 3 a.m. Saturday, a man, 28, was arrested on South Franklin Street for violating court-ordered conditions of release and two counts of interfering with an officer. Alcohol was involved. The suspect was transported to state prison.
