Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Police arrested Ryan Patrick Mitchell-Colgan, 22, for drunken driving and two counts of reckless endangerment around 2:30 a.m. Sunday near 51 Egan Drive. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. The vehicle he was driving was impounded.

• Robert Dalman, 60, was arrested for drunken driving around 2:30 a.m. Sunday near North Douglas Highway. He was lodged at the state prison and his vehicle was released to a licensed driver.


• A woman reported around 11 a.m. Saturday near Third Street in Douglas the theft of an Alpine car CD player, model number CDM7871, from her vehicle. The thief broke her window to get into the vehicle. The CD player is valued at $378.

Vehicle accidents:

• A 38-year-old woman was cited for careless driving at 8:36 a.m. Sunday after being involved in a single-car accident at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Mall Road. The 2000 Ford truck sustained $500 damage.

• A 19-year-old man was cited for careless driving after his 2001 Subaru rear-ended a 1995 Nissan, driven by a 37-year-old woman, at the intersection of Mendenhall Loop Road and Stephen Richards Memorial Drive at 7:44 p.m. Sunday. Each car sustained about $500 damage.

Hit-and-run incidents:

• At 9:23 p.m. Sunday, a 52-year-old woman reported her 1996 Subaru Legacy had been hit while parked in the Lemon Creek area. There was approximately $400 damage.
