Balanced scoring leads Doc Water's Pub

Six players scored goals in Doc Water's Pub's 6-3 win over Team 5 on Sunday in a Juneau Adult Hockey Association Tier A game at Treadwell Arena.

Chris Siddon, Nicholas Karzen, Kyle Hebert, Jeff Wyatt, Stan Savland and Charlie Davidson all scored in the win. Siddon had two assists while Michael Wunderlich, Wyatt, Davidson and Luke Adams had one assist each.

Thomas McKenzie turned back 19 of 22 shots in the win.

Brian Drew led Team 5 with two goals and an assist while Rorie Watt had one goal. Aaron Jacobs, Scott Host and Hayden Hoke had one assist each in the loss.

Ben White made 12 saves for Team 5.


Blue 2, Red 1

Jess Parks turned aside 25 of 26 shots to lead the Blue past the Red on Sunday.

Michelle Morris and Ann Marie Martin scored goals while Valerie Bue had an assist in the win.

For the Red, Topaz Shyrock scored an unassisted third-period goal while Dawn Voss made 20 saves.


The Sloths 6, Orange 1

Thomas McKenzie had a goal and two assists as the Sloths routed the Orange on Sunday.

Andrew Parsons scored twice, Mason Morriss and Micah Sommers scored goals while Jason Bluhm, Josh McAdoo and Jason McAdoo had assists in the win.

Dawn Voss stopped 16 of 17 shots for the Sloths.

For the Orange, Ben White scored off Chris Mertl's assists and Wayne Coleman made 11 saves.


Les Schwab 2, Team 2 0

Michelle Kissling and Beth Chapman scored to lead Les Schwab past Team 2 on Sunday.

Alena Craigova assisted on Chapman's goal as Karla Bush stopped 12 shots in the win.

Val Martinez made nine saves for Team 2.
