A 16-year-old girl was cited at 2:49 p.m. Wednesday for an unsafe lane change after she drove a 1990 Ford into a 1995 Subaru, driven by a 37-year-old woman, near Egan Drive. Total damages were estimated at $5,900.
A 54-year-old man was cited at 3:04 p.m. Wednesday for failure to yield at a crosswalk after he hit a pedestrian on South Franklin Street. The pedestrian was evaluated at the scene by medical personnel and released.
A 41-year-old man was cited at 6:17 p.m. Wednesday for negligent driving after striking a flag pole near 2900 Riverside Drive.
A 34-year-old man was arrested at 2:51 p.m. Wednesday and charged with domestic assault near 400 West Willoughby Avenue. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Frank Kimball, 38, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday on a charge of driving while intoxicated after his 2006 Chevy struck a GMC Yukon near Riverside Drive. The total damage was estimated at $2,000. Kimball was lodged at the state prison.
