Disorderly conduct:

• At about midnight Friday, two men, ages 30 and 40, were cited on charges of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Front Street. Alcohol was involved.

• At about 2:30 a.m. Saturday, two women, ages 21 and 34, were cited on charges of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Front Street. Alcohol was involved.

Driving without a license:

• At about 3:20 p.m. Friday, an 18-year-old woman was cited on charges of driving without a license and failure to carry insurance after the GMC she was driving struck a 2003 Subaru driven by a 31-year-old woman on Egan Drive. The Subaru sustained $500 in damage, and the GMC was impounded.

Drunken driving:

• At about 8 a.m. Saturday, Joel Alan McLean, 19, was arrested and charged with drunken driving and reckless endangerment on Mendenhall Loop Road after the vehicle he was driving stuck a snow bank. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center and the vehicle was impounded. A 20-year-old man riding in the car was cited on a charge of minor consumption.

Trespassing:

• At about 8 p.m. Friday, a 70-year-old man was arrested and charged with trespassing on South Franklin Street. Alcohol was involved. He was lodged at the state prison.
