Driving while intoxicated:

Police arrested Diana Ruth Wright, 38, for driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol level over the legal limit about 7:50 p.m. Thursday in a vehicle on Marine Way near the Juneau Police Department. She was taken to the Lemon Creek Correctional Center. An 18-year-old man in the same vehicle who was also at one point in the driver's seat was cited for minor consuming, refusal to submit to a chemical test and driving while his license was revoked. A 20-year-old passenger was cited for minor consuming.
