Sound off on the important issues at

From: Berlin, Germany visiting her daughter and family.

Favorite outdoor activity: I like to go for long walks.

What I like about Juneau: I like the snow-covered landscape. It's been quite a while since I have seen that much snow. Berlin does not get this much. I still can't believe I saw a wild wolf up close. I have only seen them in the zoo. I also like the fact that there are many programs for kids, like the kids day at the Mendenhall Glacier Visitors Center. My granddaughter loves to go to them and took me along. I found so many subjects for photos that I did not know which one to take first. I will take a lot of great pictures and memories back to Berlin with me.

Favorite outdoor memory: One of my favorite memories is the day I took my granddaughter to the zoo for the first time. The look on her face when she saw the all those big animals is something I will never forget.
