Hit-and-run:
• At about 10:35 a.m. Monday, a 51-year-old man reported that his 2006 Dodge truck was struck by an unknown vehicle in the 4400 block of Julep Street.
Theft:
• At about 12:10 p.m. Sunday, an 88-year-old woman reported her handicap placard stolen in the 600 block of Willoughby Avenue.
Vandalism:
• At about 7:10 p.m. Sunday, a 37-year-old man was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief on Second Street. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
