Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Douglas Halverson, 45, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. Saturday near Eighth Street and Egan Drive on charges of drunken driving and two counts of reckless endangerment. His vehicle was impounded, and he was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Terra Richardson, 26, was arrested at 2 a.m. Saturday near Egan Drive on charges of drunken driving, refusing a breath test, and reckless endangerment. Her vehicle was impounded, and she was lodged at the state prison.
Terry Stansell, 23, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. Saturday near Old Dairy Road on charges of drunken driving, driving with a blood alcohol level over .08, driving without a license and reckless endangerment. His vehicle was impounded, and he was lodged at the state prison.
At 3:30 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Avenue, a woman, 45, was arrested on a charge of burglary. She was lodged at the state prison.
At 10:15 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Loop Road and Mendenhall Boulevard, a vehicle driven by a man, 19, struck a male pedestrian, 17. He was treated for facial injuries at Bartlett Regional Hospital and released. No citation was issued. Police are seeking witnesses.
At 8:30 a.m. Friday near Glacier Highway, a vehicle swerved to avoid a wreck and struck another vehicle. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
At 9 a.m. Friday near Cascade Street, a 1997 Dodge was involved in an accident and sustained $4,000 in damage. The other vehicle left the scene.
At 10:20 a.m. Friday near Julep Street, a 1989 Jeep driven by a woman, 41, was struck by a 1990 Toyota driven by a man, 50. Both vehicles were towed. The man was cited on a charge of failing to yield after a stop.
At 4:45 p.m. Thursday near Glacier Avenue, a boy, 16, reported the theft of a backpack, digital camcorder and textbooks, worth in all $650.
At 6 p.m. Thursday near Willoughby Avenue, a woman, 29, was cited on a charge of shoplifting and released.
At 5:30 p.m. Thursday near Glacier Highway, a man, 20, was cited on a charge of underage drinking and released.
At 5:15 a.m. Saturday near Great Western Avenue, a man, 20, was cited on a charge of underage drinking and released.
At 1:40 p.m. Thursday near Stephen Richards Memorial Drive, police arrested a woman, 20, on a warrant charging failure to appear in court.
At 1 a.m. Friday near Willoughby Avenue, a man, 64, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear in court.
