Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Domestic violence:

• Police arrested a 46-year-old man on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 10:59 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of South Franklin Street downtown. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• Police arrested Luther Lee, 20, at 3:25 p.m. Sunday in the 1600 block of Douglas Highway on a warrant charging him with two felonies, first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. They lodged him at the state prison.

Disorderly conduct:

• Police cited a 48-year-old woman on a charge of disorderly conduct at 5:46 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of South Franklin Street.

• Police arrested a 36-year-old woman on a disorderly conduct charge at 8:13 p.m. Sunday at a Front Street bar downtown. They lodged her at the state prison.


• A black purse containing a cellular telephone was reported stolen at 8:19 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Front Street.

• An athletic bag holding about $60 worth of clothing was reported stolen at 8:44 a.m. Monday somewhere in the Juneau area.

• Gloves, sunglasses, a hat and paperwork were reported stolen at 11:11 a.m. Monday from a 1993 Ford in the 8100 block of Thunder Mountain Road.

Vehicle accident:

• A 2002 Subaru, driven by a 26-year-old man, reportedly struck a parked 1986 Volvo at 9:10 p.m. Sunday in the 7400 block of North Douglas Highway due to icy conditions.

• A 1998 Ford truck was reported at 10:37 p.m. Sunday to have flipped at the side of Eaglecrest Road. The vehicle was gone when officers later arrived at the scene.

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a 17-year-old boy on an underage drinking charge at 9:58 p.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway in the Yandukin Drive area.
