Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Mindy O. Siniff, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 25, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .151 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Siniff $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Vladimir Cruz, 26, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 3, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .161 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Cruz $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
