Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Jadene Dunn-Rago, 35, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Aug. 15, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .109 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Dunn-Rago $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Don D. Wood, 62, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 3, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .146 percent. Magistrate Brad J. Brinkman imposed 180 days in jail with 120 days suspended, fined Wood $4,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for three years and put him on probation for two years.

• Michael J. Henderson, 29, was found guilty of drivng under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 3, 2009, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was available. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Henderson $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for three years.

• Rochelle M. Chappell, 40, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 14, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .120 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Chappell $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for three years.

• Cheryl L. Wright-Cole, 48, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from an Oct. 18, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .138 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Wright-Cole $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• Ronda A. Morrison, 47, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Dec. 11, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .182 percent. Deputy Magistrate Sharon Heidersdorf imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Morrison $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Andrew P. Lounsbury, 22, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 16, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .172 percent. Sivertsen imposed 35 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Lounsbury $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Terry G. Borer, 46, was found guilty of drivng while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 17, 2010, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .192 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Borer $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.
