The historic tugboat Arthur Foss arrives in Juneau for a port call under the spray of a firefighting boat. The tugboat was launched in Portland, Ore., in 1889 with the name of Willowa. It towed barges full of gold seekers during the Klondike Gold Rush and was featured in the classic movie "Tugboat Annie." It was decommissioned in 1970 and restored in 1981 by volunteers.
