• On Jan. 22, 2008, a son, Nikko Richie Jomantara, weighing 8 pounds, 8 ounces, to Iryna M. Vintonyak and Angga Jomantara Jomantara, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 23, 2008, a son, Tristan Michael Carrero, weighing 6 pounds, 14 ounces, to Jacqueline Lee Lamar and Michael Gregory Carrero, of Juneau.

• On Jan. 23, 2008, a daughter, Shaina Romella Gemino Fernandez, weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces, to Snooky Gemino and Rommel Amores Fernandez, of Juneau.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Carmenzita Lorenz, 56, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an April 10, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .175 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Lorenz $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Ryan Johnston, 29, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 8, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .140 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined Johnston $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Mary Nilsson, 37, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 31, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .189 percent. Sivertsen imposed 150 days in jail with 125 days suspended, fined Nilsson $5,000 with $2,500 suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Keisha Oullis, 19, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 2, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .193 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Oullis $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for two years.

• James Seymour, 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 14, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .118 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Seymour $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for one year and put him on probation for two years.

• Evamarie Carrillo, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 22, 2007, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .123 percent. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Carrillo $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.

• Ryan Johnston, 29, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 19, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .216 percent. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 100 days suspended, fined Johnston $1,500 with none suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Austin Hammond was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 28, 2007, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .196 percent. Sivertsen imposed 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Hammond $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Karl Gallow, 22, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 4, 2008, incident in which no blood-alcohol content was measured. Levy imposed 120 days in jail with 110 days suspended, fined Gallow $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Keith Whitney, 64, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Jan. 19, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .196 percent. Levy imposed 45 days in jail with 42 days suspended, fined Whitney $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for two years.

• Bailey Johnson, 21, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 21, 2008, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .205 percent. Sivertsen imposed 46 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Johnson $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
