Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Theft:

• A case of CDs was reported stolen at 7:23 a.m. Thursday near 9100 Cinema Drive. Their value was estimated at $450.

• Police received a report 11:50 a.m. Thursday about the theft of a hood ornament from a 1992 Jaguar parked near 2700 Engineers Cutoff Road. The ornament was valued at $200.

Vandalism:

• Police received a report at 11:21 a.m. Thursday of graffiti being painted on a building near 800 Third Street. A damage estimate was not given.

• A 44-year-old man reported at 9:07 a.m. Thursday that someone had rifled through his 1998 Ford Ranger.

Alcohol-related calls: 0.

Domestic violence calls: 0.
