Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Rocky Underwood, 50, was found guilty of driving while under the influence, stemming from a July 28, 2006, incident. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Underwood $1,000 with $500 suspended, put him on probation for two years and revoked his license for 30 days.

• Dale Kubik, 36, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Oct. 15, 2006, incident from which no blood-alcohol was available. Levy imposed 90 days in jail with 270 days suspended, fined Kubik $3,000 with none suspended, put him on probation for five years and revoked his license for one year.

• Derek Antrim, 19, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Nov. 11, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .173 percent. Juneau Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr., imposed 6 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Antrim $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for 18 months and revoked his license for 90 days.

• Michael Edenshaw, 44, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Nov. 11, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .196 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 180 days suspended, fined Edenshaw $4,000 with none suspended, put him on probation for three years and revoked his license for three years.

• Alton Cropley, 84, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a Dec. 30, 2006, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .122 percent. Levy imposed 3 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Cropley $1,500 with none suspended, put him on probation for one year and permanently revoked his license.

• Rocky Underwood, 50, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 15, 2007, incident from which his blood-alcohol was measured at .235 percent. Levy imposed 6 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Underwood $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, put him on probation for two years and revoked his license for 90 days.
