Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Theft:

• Police arrested a man, 52, on a charge of theft of services at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Vandalism:

• At 12:11 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported the windshield on her 1991 Jeep was broken in the 1600 block of Glacier Avenue downtown.

Disorderly conduct:

• Police arrested a man, 20, and a woman, 33, on disorderly conduct charges at 6:09 p.m. Wednesday in the Juneau area. They lodged both at the state prison.

Vehicle accidents:

• Police cited a man, 20, who was driving a 1986 Chevrolet that reportedly struck a 2001 Ford in the rear at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday on Windfall Lake Road near Auke Bay. Damage to the Chevrolet was estimated at $500. Damage to the Ford, driven by a woman, 42, was estimated at $1,000.

• At 3:11 p.m. Tuesday, a 1992 GMC driven by a man, 66, reportedly was involved in a minor accident on outbound Egan Drive near the downtown harbors.

• At 3:21 p.m. Tuesday, a 1992 Plymouth, driven by a girl, 17, was reported in a ditch at outbound Egan Drive at Sunny Point.

• At 3:47 p.m. Tuesday, a woman, 31, reportedly drove a vehicle into a snow bank from outbound Egan Drive at Sunny Point.

• At 4:07 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 73, reportedly drove a 1987 Plymouth Colt into a ditch from outbound Egan Drive near Sunny Point. Police impounded the vehicle.

• A minor accident was reported at 4:09 p.m. on outbound Egan Drive near 10th Street downtown. A freight truck driven by a man, 21, reportedly was involved with a 1997 Plymouth, driven by a man, 53.

• At 4:16 p.m. Tuesday, a 1995 Mazda truck was reportedly driven into a ditch by a man, 52, from outbound Egan Drive near Sunny Point.

• At 4:29 p.m. Tuesday, police found an unoccupied Mazda car with its flashers on in a ditch near Egan Drive in the Jordan Creek area.

• At 4:34 p.m. Tuesday, a Toyota Tercel, driven by a woman, 20, was reported in a ditch on outbound Egan Drive in the Twin Lakes area.

• Police cited a man, 60, on a speeding charge after the 2001 Ford van he was driving was involved in a minor accident with a 1993 Plymouth Voyager at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday on Douglas Highway near Cordova Street. Damage was estimated at $100 to the Ford and $2,500 to the Plymouth.

• Police cited a man, 33, on charges of speeding and failure to carry proof of insurance after the 1990 Ford he was driving reportedly struck a 2003 Dodge driven by a woman, 31. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Ford and $500 to the Dodge.

• At 5:06 p.m., a man, 39, reportedly drove a 1990 Mazda into a ditch from outbound Egan Drive near Sunny Point.

• Minor damage was reported in an accident at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 300 block of Fourth Street downtown. A 1989 Toyota Corolla driven by a woman, 45, reportedly slid into a pickup.

• At 5:36 p.m. Tuesday, a 1994 Dodge Shadow driven by a man, 28, reportedly struck a 1998 Buick driven by a woman, 49, at Sixth and Gold streets downtown.

• Police cited a man, 24, on a speeding charge at 5:55 p.m. Tuesday on Ninth Street downtown after the 1997 GMC Jimmy he was driving was involved in an accident with a 1990 Chevrolet driven by a woman, 51. Damage was estimated at more than $2,000 to the GMC and about $1,500 to the Chevrolet.

• At 5:59 p.m. Tuesday, a small Subaru was reported in the median of outbound Egan Drive near Vanderbilt Hill Road.

• At 6:03 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 18, reportedly drove a 1985 Chrysler LeBaron into a ditch from outbound Egan Drive near Yandukin Drive.

• At 6:08 p.m. Tuesday, a man, 66, reportedly drove a 1991 Chevrolet into a ditch from outbound Egan Drive near Yandukin Drive.

• Police cited a man, 18, on a charge of failure to exercise due caution after he was involved in an accident on inbound Egan Drive near Vanderbilt Hill Road, while driving a 1999 Subaru Legacy that sustained $5,000 in damage. The other vehicle, a 1997 Dodge truck, driven by a man, 56, sustained up to $500 in damage.

• Police cited a woman, 26, on a speeding charge after an accident with a bus at 6:37 p.m. Tuesday on Glacier Avenue near the Federal Building downtown. She was driving a 1991 Mazda van that sustained an estimated $100 in damage. Damage to the bus was estimated at $1,500.

• A vehicle was reportedly driven into a ditch at 7:24 p.m. Tuesday from outbound Egan Drive at Sunny Point.

• At 8:38 p.m. Tuesday, a 1991 Toyota truck driven by a man, 38, reportedly slid into a parked vehicle at Willoughby Avenue and Whittier Street downtown.

• Police cited a man, 21, on a charge of failing to maintain a safe distance in traffic after an accident at 9:22 p.m. on Egan Drive at 10th Street downtown. He was driving a 1989 Oldsmobile that reportedly struck a 2003 Dodge truck driven by a woman, 40. Damage was reported at $2,000 to the Oldsmobile and $100 to the Dodge.

• Police cited a woman, 50, on a charge of failing to maintain a safe distance in traffic after an accident at 10:11 a.m. Wednesday on Douglas Highway near Lawson Creek. The woman was driving a 1993 Dodge truck that reportedly struck a 1999 Dodge truck driven by a man, 27. Damage was estimated at $3,000 to the Dodge. Police reported no damage to the Volvo.

Hit and run:

• At 1:01 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported an unknown vehicle struck his 2004 Ford on Shattuck Way downtown.

• At 8:58 a.m. Wednesday, a man reported his 1991 Ford was struck by an unknown vehicle in the 700 block of West Ninth Street downtown.
