Indictments:

• William A. Washington, 26, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of second-degree escape, stemming from alleged actions of Jan. 22.

• Elizabeth Sosa-Fores, 46, was indicted by a grand jury on a felony charge of second-degree escape, stemming from alleged actions of Jan. 17.

Judgments:

• Conrad Groseclose, 19, was found guilty of two reduced counts of misdemeanor fourth-degree assault, stemming from an April 21 incident that initially led to a felony charge of third-degree assault and fourth-degree weapons misconduct. Juneau District Judge Keith Levy imposed 40 days to serve in jail with 140 days suspended and ordered him to pay $500 of a $1,000 fine with the rest suspended for each offense. He also ordered Groseclose to perform 160 hours of community service and to forfeit his firearm for the weapons charge. Levy placed him on probation for one year. A second third-degree assault charge was dismissed.

• Lincoln Bean Jr. 34, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Jan. 28 incident at which his blood-alcohol level was measured at .290 percent. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 20 days to serve in jail with another 100 days suspended, ordered him to pay $1,500 of a $3,000 fine with the rest suspended, revoked his driver's license for 90 days and placed him on probation for three years. Prosecutors dismissed four counts of reckless endangerment.

• Laura Washington, 31, was found guilty of assault and criminal mischief, stemming from a Dec. 16, 2005, incident. Sivertsen imposed 30 days to serve on each charge, with 90 days suspended from the assault sentence and 60 days suspended from the criminal damage sentence. He also ordered her to pay $500 of a $1,000 fine for assault and $250 of a $500 fine for criminal damage, with the rest suspended. He also placed Washington on probation for three years.

• Vonnie Williams, 20, was found guilty of assault, stemming from an Aug. 13, 2005, incident. Levy suspended a 60-day jail sentence and ordered her to perform 120 hours of community service. He also ordered her to pay $250 of a $500 fine with the rest suspended and placed her on probation for one year.

• Eleanor Morgan, 37, was found guilty of a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from an Oct. 14, 2005, incident that initially led to an assault charge. Levy imposed 10 days in jail and placed her on probation for one year.

• Cheryl Fluck, 61, was found guilty of a reduced charge of disorderly conduct, stemming from a Nov. 5, 2005, incident that initially led to an assault charge. He suspended a 30-day jail sentence, ordered her to pay $500 of a $1,000 fine and placed her on probation for one year.
